De opdracht omvat de leveringen van reagentia voor point-of-care glucosebepalingen. In het kader van deze opdracht stelt de opdrachtnemer, voor de volledige duur van de opdracht, een point-of-care test (POCT) systeem voor glucosebepalingen ter beschikking, inclusief de vereiste middleware. De opdracht omvat tevens: • De indienststelling en configuratie van het POCT-systeem. • De opleiding van het aangewezen personeel van de aanbestedende overheid. • Een full-omnium onderhoudscontract van de ter beschikking gestelde toestellen. De terbeschikkingstelling van de toestellen gebeurt zonder afzonderlijke aankoopprijs. De hiermee verbonden kosten zijn verrekend in de eenheidsprijzen van de reagentia. De toestellen blijven gedurende de volledige looptijd van de opdracht eigendom van de opdrachtnemer en worden na afloop van de opdracht door deze laatste teruggenomen. De oplossing zal worden ingezet voor het uitvoeren van glucose POCT bij patiënten in de ziekenhuizen AZ Sint-Jan Brugge AV en campus SFX, AZ Sint-Lucas vzw en AZ Alma onder het beheer van laboratoriumgeneeskunde. Resultaatsverbintenis: onderhavige opdracht behelst in hoofde van de opdrachtnemer een resultaatsverbintenis. Dit impliceert dat de opdrachtnemer zich ertoe verbindt hetgeen beschreven staat te realiseren, volgens de bepalingen van dit bestek en conform de regels van de kunst en dit binnen de daartoe voorziene termijnen. Niet exclusiviteit: de opdrachtnemer beschikt in het kader van deze overheidsopdracht niet over exclusiviteit. De aanbestedende overheid kan, mits in overeenstemming met de geldende wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten, gedurende de looptijd van deze opdracht diensten, identiek of analoog aan deze beschreven in het bestek laten uitvoeren door derden.
