Het nieuwe ziekenhuis van AZ Jan Portaels is momenteel in volle opbouw, de oplevering en intrek wordt voorzien in 2027. De kandidaten in dit lastenboek houden hierdoor rekening met een levering en installatie in het nieuwe ziekenhuis op de Salyx-site, een voormalig industrieterrein aan de achterzijde van het station in Vilvoorde. Verschillende toestellen voor medische beeldvorming zullen niet mee verhuizen naar de nieuwbouw vanwege de ouderdom van deze toestellen: MRI, CT, SPECT CT, Digitale Mammografie, RX zaal, Mobiele RX Om deze transitie mogelijk te maken wensen we over de mogelijkheid te beschikken de financiering enerzijds via een huurformule voor een periode 5-9 jaar aan te gaan waarbij ook de nieuwe ontwikkelingen automatisch geïntegreerd worden zonder disruptief te zijn in de investeringsbenadering. .Anderzijds wordt de mogelijkheid gevraagd via een variant een financieringsformule aan te bieden o.b.v. activiteitsgegevens 'as-a-service'.Bovendien wensen we over de mogelijkheid te beschikken om pas te starten met de afbetaling op het moment dat we inkomsten genereren. Als 'Hospital of the future' wilt AZ Jan Portaels met dit dossier de continue mogelijkheid behouden om de toestellen voor medische beeldvorming up-to-date te houden met de nieuwste technische- en technologische ontwikkelingen, onderzoeken, modernisatie, zonder dat de algemene werking van het ziekenhuis en de dienst medische beeldvorming hierdoor belemmerd worden. Deze mogelijkheid zal er net voor zorgen dat de dienst medische beeldvorming in een 'future-proof' verhaal stapt dat zal leiden tot continue innovatie als 'early adopter'. Om deze reden zullen de technische bepalingen van alle benodigde apparatuur niet tot in detail worden uitgeschreven maar verwachten we van de expertise van de kandidaat die het juiste toestel voor onze Hospital of the future als regionaal ziekenhuis zal worden aangeboden. Om hiertoe bij te dragen zullen activiteitsgegevens worden doorgegeven en onderzoeken die we wensen uit te voeren. Minstens onderstaande elementen zijn inbegrepen in deze opdracht: - Intekening van de toestellen - Levering en installatie van de toestellen - Aansluiting en keuring van de toestellen - Toestelgebonden aanpassingswerken - Onderhoud van de toestellen - Alle noodzakelijke opleidingen -Volledige DICOM, RIS/PACS(OnWeb)-compatibiliteit en digitale doorstroom van- en naar EPD
