Description

Das Verwaltungs- und Logistikgebäude Fellerstrasse 21 in Bern wird derzeit vom Bundesamt für Bauten und Logistik genutzt und soll künftig gemeinsam mit der Eidgenössischen Steuerverwaltung betrieben werden. Dafür werden die bestehenden Büroflächen bedarfsgerecht und mit moderaten baulichen Anpassungen umgestaltet sowie Aula und Cafeteria erweitert. Im Logistikbereich sind insbesondere die Sanierung der Gebäudehülle, die Erdbebenertüchtigung, Anpassungen der Gebäudetechnik, weitere Unterhaltsmassnahmen sowie die Installation einer Photovoltaikanlage vorgesehen. Die Umsetzung erfolgt im laufenden Betrieb und erfordert eine sorgfältige Planung und Realisierung von Etappierungen und Rochaden. Für das Projekt werden Zertifizierungen nach SNBS und Minergie-Eco angestrebt.
