Description

Agroscope, das Kompetenzzentrum des Bundes für landwirtschaftliche Forschung, plant das künftige Forschungszentrum Reckenholz und baut dabei auf dem Bestand auf. Durch etappierte Umbauten und Sanierungen wird die bestehende Infrastruktur an die neuen Bedürfnisse angepasst. Ein Teil der Gewächshäuser sowie die Haustechnik im Betriebsgebäude haben das Ende ihres Lebenszyklus erreicht. Die Erneuerung der Gewächshäuser erfolgt in zwei Etappen. In der ersten Etappe werden einige Gewächshäuser durch komplett geschlossene und klimatisierte Forschungskammern ersetzt. Zudem wird das Betriebsgebäude saniert und erweitert und die Haustechnik an die neuen Anforderungen angepasst. In der zweiten Etappe werden die übrigen Gewächshäuser ersetzt. Die Ausschreibung bezieht sich lediglich auf die erste Etappe. Die Bauarbeiten erfolgen unter Betrieb der übrigen bestehenden Gewächshäuser.
