Description

Beim bestehenden Gebäude soll die Gebäudetechnik erneuert, energetische Sanierungen umgesetzt sowie die Erdbebensicherheit und Security verbessert werden. Sämtliche Baumassnahmen erfolgen unter laufendem Betrieb. Es gilt den unterbruchfreien Betrieb während dem gesamten Bauablauf sicherzustellen. Die Leistungen beinhalten einen neuen wärmegedämmten Dachaufbau für das bestehende Sheddach, die Lieferung und Montage einer Photovoltaikanlage als Dacheindeckung sowie die entsprechenden Spenglerarbeiten inkl. Ausbildung der Entwässerung. Die Rückbauarbeiten der bestehenden Eindeckung sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Submission.
