Procurement of a knowledge synthesis on the oil and gas markets in Europe

The Ministry of Finance, on behalf of the Transition Commission, wishes to enter into an assignment contract with a consultant to produce a knowledge synthesis of existing estimates and scenarios for the outlook for demand, supply, import needs and prices for oil and gas in Europe. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 700 000 to 1 000 000 excluding VAT, and this estimate is not binding on the contracting authority. The contract runs from signing until completion of the assignment, at the latest by 1 February 2027. A more detailed description of the deliverable is set out in annex 1 to the agreement.
