Nkom is procuring expert services to develop a beta version of the Digital for Sustainability (D4S) Index, including concept development and a proof of concept. The supplier must deliver a visual, web-based and functional system that generates and presents Norway's environmental footprint from digital infrastructure. The beta version will let Nkom test and validate the core methodological and technical framework as a first step towards the full D4S Index. The index should give governments, businesses and researchers a systematic foundation for digitalisation in the transition to a net-zero and resource-efficient society. The project has a fixed price of NOK 2,700,000 excluding VAT, with an option for further consultancy assistance.
