Fraktionen neddeles på Strandvangen 15 i Frederikssund, hvorfra den skal afhentes af Leverandøren. Neddelingen foretages af Gemidan A/S, der har overtaget driften af Vestforbrænding. Gemidan A/S er således operatør af træpladsen. Den udbudte mængde neddelt umalet indendørs træ forventes at udgøre 24.000 tons pr. år. Den endelige mængde kan imidlertid variere fra dette tal, da det er baseret på bedste estimat på tidspunktet for udbuddet.
