Udbuddet vedrører lovpligtig arbejdsskadeforsikring til I/S Vestforbrænding og de selskaber, medarbejdergrupper og øvrige personkategorier, der er omfattet af udbudsmaterialet, herunder kravspecifikationen og Bilag 1.2. Forsikringen og de tilknyttede ydelser skal leveres i overensstemmelse med kravspecifikationen og de øvrige vilkår i udbudsmaterialet. Den endelige aftale skal bl.a. omfatte • Lovpligtig arbejdsskadeforsikring • Skadesbehandling og løbende sagsstyring • Rådgivning om forebyggelse af arbejdsskader • Statistik, ledelsesrapportering og opfølgning • Samarbejde med ordregiver om tilbagevenden til arbejde og begrænsning af skadesomkostninger Arbejdsskadeforsikringen skal understøtte en effektiv, korrekt og serviceminded håndtering af arbejdsskadesager med fokus på høj faglig kvalitet og gennemsigtighed i skadesforløbene.
