Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture et la livraison d'horticoles et est décomposé en 3 lots : Lot n°1 : fourniture et livraison des annuelles, bisannuelles, chrysanthèmes, bulbes et oignons. Lot n°2 : fourniture et livraison de vivaces, graminées, rosiers et arbustes. Lot n°3 : acquisition de fournitures horticoles diverses. Le marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande, exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande, avec des prix unitaires. Pour chaque lot, l'accord-cadre est conclu avec un montant minimum annuel et un montant maximum annuel comme suit : Lot n°1 : Montant minimum annuel : 5.000 € HT - Montant maximum annuel : 22.000 € HT Lot n°2 :Montant minimum annuel : 2.000 € HT - Montant maximum annuel : 20.000 € HT Lot n°3 :Montant minimum annuel : 1.000 € HT - Montant maximum annuel : 10.500 € HT Le marché comprend deux catégories de fournitures : les fournitures de base définies aux bordereaux des prix unitaires propres à chaque lot ; les fournitures complémentaires non listées, dites « fournitures catalogue », susceptibles d'être commandées afin de répondre à des besoins occasionnels ou spécifiques. Enfin, le marché est conclu pour une durée initiale de douze (12) mois à compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconductible tacitement trois (3) fois, sans que la durée totale du marché ne puisse excéder quatre (4) ans.
