Compte tenu des enjeux et objectifs pour le Département de viser à un retour à l'emploi rapide et durable, et dans le cadre de la généralisation de la loi Pour le Plein emploi, il convient de renforcer les références de parcours des jeunes de moins de 26 ans en accompagnement régulier, en veillant à l'utilisation des outils spécifiques développés en faveur des ARSA. Le marché concernant l'accompagnement des ARSA de moins de 26 ans, en lieu et place des missions locales et consiste en : - la référence d'accompagnement de ce public jeune orienté par les services Espace Insertion Emploi (EIE), sur une durée de 3 à 12 mois - l'engagement du suivi administratif lié (applicatifs métiers) - l'engagement du travail en partenariat avec les Espaces Insertion Emploi (EIE) et notamment la participation aux Equipes pluridisciplinaire sur chacun des bassins (Vichy, Moulins, Montluçon), d'où une organisation adaptée à notre découpage territorial
