Les prestations faisant l'objet du présent marché concernent la réalisation de l'entretien courant des murs et des ponts et autres ouvrages de génie civil tels dispositifs de protection contre les instabilités rocheuses et ouvrages pare blocs, dont la gestion incombe aux services du Conseil départemental de l'Allier. Les voies franchies par les ouvrages peuvent être des routes, des cours d'eau, des voies ferrées dont il conviendra de prendre en compte les contraintes pour définir les moyens à mettre en oeuvre pour réaliser les prestations : signalisation, moyens d'accès, ouvrages provisoires, périodes d'intervention (jour, créneaux horaires imposés). La mise en oeuvre de ces moyens est à la charge de l'entreprise et est considérée faire partie des prestations définies par le présent marché (pas de rémunération d'installation de chantier hors signalisation). Les ouvrages peuvent être de tous types : maçonnerie, béton armé, béton précontraint, mixte acier-béton, métal, etc. Les ouvrages d'art concernés par ces prestations sont les ouvrages de franchissement quelle que soit leur ouverture : - ponceaux, ponts et passerelles, - buses en béton ou en métal, - les murs de soutènement, - les écrans antibruit, - les ouvrages pare blocs et dispositifs de protection contre les instabilités rocheuses. Les prestations à réaliser sont : - Nettoyage des dispositifs d'écoulement des eaux, - Enlèvement des amas et corps flottants à l'amont des appuis, - Suppression d'atterrissements sous ouvrages ou aux abords ou en pieds de murs, - Nettoyage des joints de chaussée et de leurs accessoires, - Nettoyage des sommiers d'appui, - Nettoyage des garde-corps, - Élimination d'arbres, d'arbustes et de végétation sur l'ensemble et aux abords de l'ouvrage, - Nettoyage de parement de mur, - Nettoyage et entretien des systèmes de collecte et d'évacuation des eaux sur et aux abords des ouvrages, - Enlèvement des affiches, recouvrement de graffitis
