L'objectif principal du présent marché est de concevoir le nouveau site principal du Département (www.allier.fr) afin qu'il soit performant, accessible, sobre et évolutif, garantissant la cohérence de l'expérience usager et la maîtrise des données publiques. Le présent marché couvre : - la refonte complète du site principal www.allier.fr ; - la création d'un moteur de recherche transversal (évolutif avec les autres sites satellites) ; - l'harmonisation des parcours de services (aides, démarches, formulaires, contacts, recrutement, actualités, événements) ; - la mise en oeuvre d'un dispositif éditorial mutualisé (back-office unique, droits différenciés par direction métier) ; - la migration et l'optimisation des contenus existants ; - la mise en place d'un hébergement souverain et sécurisé ; - la mise en place d'une maintenance préventive, évolutive et corrective ; - pour la tranche optionnelle n°1 : la mise en place d'un assistant conversationnel (Chatbot IA) ; - pour la tranche optionnelle n°2 : la refonte ou l'intégration des sites satellites départementaux sous un socle technique et graphique commun
