Art der Leistung Malerarbeiten an Außen- und Innenwänden, sowie Türen und Fenstern Umfang der Leistung Die Baumassnahme umfasst die Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten Gebäudes Oberhof von 1665, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 364, 47139 Duisburg-Beeck. Das Objekt ist nur über eine Zufahrt an der Friedrich-Ebert-Straße hinter der Bushaltestelle inFahrtrichtung A42 zu erreichen. Zu- und Abfahrt sind ausschließlich rechts möglich. Das Gelände der Evangelischen Kirche Beeck grenzt unmittelbar nördlich an das Gebäude. Auf dem Grundstück steht nur eine begrenzte Fläche zur Lagerung von Material sowie zum Be- undEntladen zur Verfügung. Fahrzeuge müssen ggf. auf dem nordöstlich gelegenen Parkplatz an der Karl-Albert-Straßeoder im öffentlichen Straßenraum abgestellt werden. Das vorstehend beschriebene Gebäude ist im nordlwestlichen Bereich teilunterkellert und befindet sichauf einem parkähnlichen Gelände mit Baumbestand. Das Gelände ist öffentlich zugänglich. Die Baustelle wird während der Bauzeit mit einem Bauzaun inkl. Zufahrtstor sowie durch Kameraüberwachung gesichert.
