Rochdale Council are seeking the appointment of a design team to provide the following design services to complete the project through RIBA Stages 2 to 6,
• Project Management
• Architecture
• Principal Designer for CDM 2015
• Principal Designer Building Safety Act 2022
• Structural and Civil Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering Services
• Electrical Engineering Services
• Quantity Surveying.
