Description

Predmetom zákazky je rekonštrukcia budovy Centra voľného času Popradská 86 v Košiciach nachádzajúca sa na parcelách 4698/15 a 4699/572 v katastrálnom území Terasa. Stavba sa nachádza na parcelách, ktorých celková výmera je 3075 m2. Predmetom projektu je zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy, v rámci ktorého sa uvažuje so zateplením obvodových stien a striech, výmenou všetkých výplňových konštrukcií, vyregulovaním vykurovacieho systému, výmenou svietidiel za LED a modernizáciou vzduchotechnických zariadení. Projekt ďalej rieši debarierizáciu objektu, ktorá spočíva v stavebných úpravách spevnených plôch pred vstupom do budovy, vybudovaní výťahovej plošiny a vybudovaní WC pre imobilných na prízemí. Vo vybraných častiach je navrhnutá extenzívna zelená strecha a zelená stena. Projekt rieši návrh fotovoltického lokálneho zdroja na streche budovy tvoreného fotovoltickými panelmi v počte 24 ks. Podrobnejší opis, rozsah prác a dodávok tvorí výkaz výmer a spracovaná projektová dokumentácia (ďalej aj ako „PD“) vyhotovená - Technická univerzita v Košiciach, Stavebná fakulta, zodpovedný projektant Ing.
