Predmetom zákazky je komplexná obnova a modernizácia objektu kultúrneho domu: zateplenie obvodového a strešného plášťa, výmena otvorových konštrukcií, obnoviteľný zdroj tepla (tepelné čerpadlo) a rozvody tepla a teplej vody, vzduchotechnika s rekuperáciou, elektroinštalácia a modernizácia osvetlenia, fotovoltika, debarierizácia, zdravotechnika a zlepšenie kvality vnútorného prostredia. Stavebno-technické riešenie vychádza z projektovej dokumentácie pre stavebné povolenie a technickej správy spracovanej autorizovaným architektom (Ing. Renáta Čavajdová, LIMAT Reality&Building, s. r. o.).
