Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції: українська. Усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та підготовлені безпосередньо учасником, в тому числі документи, що підтверджують повноваження щодо підпису тендерної пропозиції, повинні бути складені українською мовою. Всі інші документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції, можуть бути складені іноземною мовою. Якщо в складі пропозиції надається документ, що складений іноземною мовою, Учасник надає автентичний переклад цього документу українською мовою, засвідчений підписом та печаткою (за наявності) компетентної особи: перекладачем/ перекладацькою організацією/ нотаріусом/ Міністерством юстиції. Якщо Учасником в складі тендерної пропозиції надається автентичний переклад документа українською мовою засвідчений підписом та печаткою (за наявності) перекладача, на підтвердження компетентності перекладача Учасник повинен надати документ, що підтверджує зареєстрований вид діяльності цього перекладача за КВЕД клас 74.30 Надання послуг перекладу. Пропозиції, підготовлені Учасниками - нерезидентами України можуть бути складені іншою мовою, при цьому повинні мати обов’язковий автентичний переклад українською мовою, який зроблено в центрі (бюро тощо) перекладів та завірено підписом уповноваженої особи та печаткою цього центру (бюро тощо).
