Закупівля здійснюється на реалізацію публічного інвестиційного проекту на забезпечення якісної, сучасної та доступної загальної середньої освіти “Нова українська школа” у 2026 році Враховуючи, що предмет закупівлі реалізується в межах публічного інвестиційного проєкту «Нова українська школа» у 2026 році відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України №170, та з огляду на відсутність необхідного товару в електронному каталозі Prozorro Market, Замовник не має можливості здійснити закупівлю через електронний каталог. У зв'язку з цим закупівля проводиться шляхом відкритих торгів відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель.
