Numer ogłoszenia: 2026-535-292737 Projekt: FERS.03.01-IP.08-0160/24 - Humanitas bez Barier Plus Część 1: ZAPYTANIE OFERTOWE nr 18/AH/FERS/HBB2 Prosimy o zapoznanie się z pełną treścią zapytania ofertowego. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, wniesienie, montaż i ustawienie 18 szaf skrytkowych czterokomorowych. Szafy będą przeznaczone do bezpiecznego przechowywania sprzętu wspierającego udział w dydaktyce oraz środków higienicznych i medycznych przez osoby ze szczególnymi potrzebami, a także rzeczy niezbędnych do opieki nad dzieckiem przez rodziców małych dzieci. 2. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do niniejszego Zapytania Ofertowego. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia zostanie dostarczony, wniesiony, zamontowany i ustawiony w dwóch lokalizacjach Akademii Humanitas: 12 szaf przy ul. Kilińskiego 43 w Sosnowcu oraz 6 szaf przy ul. Bohaterów Getta Warszawskiego 9 w Gliwicach. 4. Zamawiający nie przewiduje składania ofert częściowych. 5. Zamówienie jest finansowane ze środków publicznych.
