Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie nepretržitej dodávky zemného plynu vrátane distribučných služieb a služieb súvisiacich s nákupom, dodávkou a distribúciou plynu a prevzatie zodpovednosti za verejného obstarávateľa za odchýlku a Odberných miestach voči zúčtovateľovi odchýlok prevádzkovateľovi distribučnej siete pre Najvyšší kontrolný úrad Slovenskej republiky na obdobie od 1. 1. 2027 do 31. 12. 2029 do všetkých jeho odberných miest v kategórii maloodber (MO), s predpokladanou ročnou spotrebou cca 510 666 kWh za rok.. Dodávka zahŕňa dodávku zemného plynu, prevzatie zodpovednosti za odchýlku, zabezpečenie distribúcie a prepravy prostredníctvom príslušných prevádzkovateľov sietí a všetky súvisiace obchodné a administratívne činnosti v súlade s platnou legislatívou. Verejný obstarávateľ požaduje fixnú jednotkovú cenu zemného plynu v €/kWh , platnú počas celého zmluvného obdobia, pričom regulované zložky ceny budú uplatňované samostatne v súlade s platnými rozhodnutiami Úradu pre reguláciu sieťových odvetví.
