Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie nepretržitej dodávky elektrickej energie vrátane distribučných služieb a služieb súvisiacich s nákupom, dodávkou a distribúciou elektrickej energie a prevzatie zodpovednosti za verejného obstarávateľa za odchýlku a Odberných miestach voči zúčtovateľovi odchýlok prevádzkovateľovi distribučnej siete pre Najvyšší kontrolný úrad SR na obdobie 1. 1. 2027 - 31. 12. 2029 do všetkých jeho odberných miest, s predpokladaným ročným odberom cca 189 000 kWh /rok za všetky odberné miesta. Dodávka zahŕňa dodávku silovej elektriny, prevzatie zodpovednosti za odchýlku, zabezpečenie distribúcie a prepravy prostredníctvom príslušných prevádzkovateľov distribučných sústav a všetky súvisiace administratívne a obchodné činnosti v súlade s platnou legislatívou. Verejný obstarávateľ požaduje fixnú jednotkovú cenu elektrickej energie v €/kWh, platnú počas celého zmluvného obdobia, s osobitným uplatnením regulovaných poplatkov podľa platných rozhodnutí ÚRSO.
