Yrityskohtainen asiantuntijapalvelu vastuullisuuden kehittämiseksi Tällä Dynaamisella hankintajärjestelmällä (DPS) haetaan osallistujia tuottamaan yrityskohtaista asiantuntijapalvelua vastuullisuuden kehittämiseksi. Oulun yliopisto ja Pohjois-Pohjanmaan Yrittäjät ry (PPY) tulevat hankkimaan tässä DPS:ssä kuvattuja palveluita Oulun yliopiston ja PPYn Vastuullisuuden voima -hankkeen tarpeisiin. Hankinnan kohteena ovat erityisesti Vastuullisuuden voima -hankkeessa toteutettavat yrityskohtaiset asiantuntijapalvelut, sekä myös muut mahdolliset hankkeen tarvitsemat asiantuntijapalvelut. Asiantuntijapalvelut kilpailutetaan dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään hyväksyttyjen toimittajien kesken DPS:n sisäisellä kilpailutuksella (myöhemmin minikilpailutus). Minikilpailutuksessa tarjouspyyntö lähetetään kaikille DPS:ään hyväksytyille toimittajille. Hankinnan kohteena on yrityskohtaiset asiantuntijapalvelut vastuullisuuden edistämiseksi mikro- ja pk-yrityksissä. Hankkeen aikana tarjotaan yrityskohtaista asiantuntijapalvelua noin 30 yritykselle vastuullisuuden kehittämiseen. Kohderyhmänä ovat hankealueen mikro- ja pk-yritykset, jotka haluavat kehittää vastuullisuuttaan. Asiantuntijapalvelu on asiakasyrityksille De mininis -tuen alaista. Asiakasyrityksillä on 20 % omavastuu asiantuntijapalvelusta. Tilaaja toimii asiantuntijapalvelun maksajana ja huolehtii asiakasyrityksen laskutuksesta. Tulevat hankinnat voivat kohdistua minne tahansa hankkeen toiminta-alueella: Haapavesi, Siikalatva, Oulainen, Pyhäntä, Lumijoki, Kempele, Tyrnävä, Muhos, Vaala, Liminka, Hailuoto, Utajärvi, Oulu, Ii, Pudasjärvi, Taivalkoski ja Kuusamo. Tämän DPS: sisällä hankittavien asiantuntijapalveluiden toteutustapa voi olla lähi-, etä- tai hybridimuotoinen, riippuen tarpeesta, toteutustapa tarkennetaan tarjouspyynnöissä. DPS:ään voivat liittyä kaikki tarjoajat, joilla on tarjottavaa yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen. Ensimmäinen sisäinen kilpailutus julkaistaan arviolta loka- marraskuussa 2026.,
