Nieterminowa realizacja i opóźnienia w realizacji prac B+R wynikającej z opóźnień po stronie Wykonawcy będą obwarowane naliczeniem kar umownych. Mogące wystąpić w zapytaniu ofertowym oraz jego załącznikach nazwy własne (znaki towarowe) mają charakter przykładowy, a ich wskazanie ma na celu określenie oczekiwanego standardu, przy czym Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie „ofert równoważnych".
