WBG Pilot Line -hankkeen puhdasvesijärjestelmän (DIW) hankinta Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiö sr (jäljempänä "Hankintayksikkö" tai "Tilaaja") pyytää tarjousta WBG Pilot Line -hankkeen (tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa myös "SiPFAB") puhdasvesijärjestelmän tuoteosakaupasta, laitteineen, putkistoineen ja materiaaleineen sisältäen laitetoimituksen, asennuksen sekä käyttöönoton suunnitelmien mukaisesti valmiiseen käyttökuntoon saatettuna. Hankkeen pääurakassa rakennetaan uudet tutkimus- ja tuotantotilat ISO-5 ja ISO-7-luokan puhdastiloina sekä toimisto ja aputilat WBG Pilot Line -tutkimushankkeelle. Pääurakka on alkanut 5/2026 ja vastaanotto on 1.4.2027. Tämä erillisurakka on käyttäjän erillishankinta ja järjestelmän asennusaikataulu sijoittuu pääurakan jälkeen 4/2027-8/2027. Tilaaja hankkii tälle ajalle erillisen työmaan johtamisesta vastaavan Päätoteuttajan, joka valitaan myöhemmin. Wide band gap -pilottilinja on osa Euroopan unionin Chips Actia. Chips Actin kautta muodostettiin viisi pilottilinjaa puolijohdeteknologian eri osa-alueille. WBG pilottilinja keskittyy tehoelektroniikkaan ja korkean taajuuden radiotekniikkaan uusien WBG-materiaalien kautta. Pilottilinjalla kehitetään materiaalien valmistusta, sekä niistä valmistettavia siruja ja komponentteja, millä saavutetaan perinteistä piitä tehokkaampia tuotteita. Tampereen yliopisto vastaa kaikesta pilottilinjasirupaketoinnista uuden WBG Pilot Line-puhdastilan myötä. WBG Pilot Line:n rahoittajina toimivat Chips JU sekä Business Finland. Puhdasvesijärjestelmän (DIW) hankinta tunnistetaan WBG Pilot Line -hankkeessa laitekoodilla (equipment code) TAU.WP9.50. Rakennuspaikan osoite on Korkeakoulunkatu 8, 33720 Tampere. Hankinta toteutetaan ns. avaimet käteen -periaatteella, eli se pitää sisällään toteutussuunnittelun Tilaajan lähtötietojen ja laatuvaatimusten mukaisesti, toteutuksen käytännön suunnittelun ja aikataulutuksen, järjestelmän toteutuksen toteutussuunnitelmien perusteella sekä täydelliseen käyttökuntoon asennuksen ja testauksen sekä käyttöönottokoulutuksen. Tähän poikkeuksena on hankinta-asiakirjoissa esitetyt tilaajan hoitamat apu- ym. työt. Hankinta pitää sisällään myös toteutuneiden töiden dokumenttien ja suunnitelmien toimituksen Tilaajalle, sekä laitteiden käyttöohjeiden toimituksen Tilaajalle. Teknisen selostuksen taulukossa 1 on esitetty ASTM D5127:13 (2018) standardin keskeiset parametrit, SiPFAB vaatimustasot veden puhtaudelle, sekä keskeiset mittaukset laadun valvonnalle ja validoinnille. Urakoitsijan tulee teettää vastaanottoon liittyvät mittaukset urakoitsijasta riippumattomalla kolmannella osapuolella. Mittausorganisaatiolla tulee olla osoitettu pätevyys kyseisten mittausten suorittamiseen. Mittaukset, raportointi ja mahdolliset uusintamittaukset laitteen vaatimustenvastaisuuden vuoksi sisältyvät urakan kokonaishintaan. Tilaajalla on oikeus hyväksyä mittausorganisaatio ennen mittausten suorittamista. Kyseistä kolmatta osapuolta ei tarvitse ilmoittaa voimavara-alihankkijana. Urakoitsija tulee toimimaan päätoteuttajan ohjauksessa ja noudattaa työmaan turvallisuusmääräyksiä sekä huolehtii työturvallisuusvelvoitteista. Valittu urakoitsija sopii työmaan käytänteistä tarkemmin päätoteuttajan kanssa. Urakkaan sisältyy vähintään kahden (2) vuoden takuuajan aikainen vastuu järjestelmän toimivuudesta, viankorjauksista sekä korvaavien osien ja laitteiden vaihdosta. Valittava urakoitsija on velvollinen tarjoamaan takuuajan jälkeenkin varaosia laitteistoon erikseen sovittavaa korvausta vastaan vähintään kymmenen (10) vuotta urakan päättymisestä. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteissä.,
