- Товар поставляється згідно з установленими нормами відвантаження у тарі та упаковці, яка забезпечує його збереження під час транспортування, вантажно-розвантажувальних робіт та зберігання в межах термінів, встановлених стандартами та технічними умовами. - Місце поставки Товару: 5 ДПРЗ ГУ ДСНС України у Хмельницькій області, за адресою вказаною в специфікації Додатку №1 до Договору поставки. - Строки поставки Товару: з дати укладення Договору до 20.10.2026 року (включно). - Поставка Товару здійснюється на умовах: DDP - у місце поставки (п. 4.7. Договору) згідно з Міжнародними правилами Інкотермс у редакції 2020 року та з врахуванням умов цього Договору. - Транспортування Товару у місце поставки здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника. - Дострокова поставка Товару допускається за умови додаткового узгодження Сторонами строку, можливості та необхідності здійснення такої поставки.
