Здача-приймання Товару кожної поставки здійснюється у присутності представників Сторін згідно з накладною в місці постачання Товару; - У разі виявлення представником Покупця невідповідності якості (комплектності) або кількості Товару відвантажувальним документам, або документам про якість Товару, Постачальник за свій рахунок в термін до 10 календарних днів здійснює заміну Товару необхідної кількості, належної якості та комплектності; - Місце поставки Товару: 5 ДПРЗ ГУ ДСНС України у Хмельницькій області, за адресою: вул. Миру, буд. 15, м. Славута, Шепетівський район, Хмельницька область., 30000; - Строки поставки Товару: з дати укладення Договору до 25.11.2026 року (включно); - Транспортування Товару у місце поставки здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника; - Дострокова поставка Товару допускається за умови додаткового узгодження Сторонами строку, можливості та необхідності здійснення такої поставки.
