Nach der Erneuerung aller Hardware-Kernkomponenten im Technikraum Magdeburg und der Bediengeräte an den Bedientischen muss nun ein Vertrag abgeschloßen werden, um sicher zu stellen, dass die Betriebsbereitschaft der Komponenten sichergestellt wird. Die Soft- und Hardware muss regelmäßig auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik aktualisiert werden um gegen unbefugte Angriffe von aussen geschützt zu sein. Die Bediener und der örtlich technische Betrieb brauchen eine Ansprechinstanz die ihnen hilft, wenn die Anlage ganz oder teilweise nicht mehr funktioniert. Die funktionale Weiterentwicklung des Kommunikationssystems muss sicher gestellt werden. Es handelt sich hierbei um die Wartung der Technischen Systeme des Nautischen Informationsfunks in der Revierzentrale Magdeburg. Gegenstand sind Serviceleistungen für Technischen Systeme der Revierzentrale Magdeburg: - Hard- und Softwarekomponenten des Nautischen Informationsfunks (NIF) - Sprachaufzeichnungsanlage - Serverschränke - Zentrale Bedientische - intergriertes Ansagesystem Die Hardware wird gem. der gesetzlichen Vorschriften nach DGUV-V3 geprüft. Dies beinhaltet im Technikraum die gesamten Technikschränke und in der Revierzentrale die einzelnen, von der Frequentis gelieferten Hardwarekomponenten.
