Contract awarded - Riesa Town Hall, Lot 3-09 Dry Construction

The City Administration of Riesa has awarded a dry construction contract as part of the fire safety upgrade of Riesa Town Hall, third construction phase. The works include about 100 m2 of partition walls with metal studs, gypsum board lining, cavity insulation and door openings including fire protection requirements, glazed and installation walls, about 65 m2 of framed enclosures, about 75 m2 of suspended fire protection ceilings under a visible timber beam ceiling, about 30 m2 of sloped ceiling cladding in the stairwell, about 165 m2 of grid ceilings, about 45 m of work on curved arches and vaulted ceilings, and repairs to existing ceilings. The contract was awarded to ALS Fenster- und Türenbau GmbH of Riesa. The works run from 16.09.2026 to 15.03.2027. The procedure was a restricted tender under VOB/A.
