Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags für die Druckproduktion der Print- und Werbeprodukte der Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin (u. a. Einladungskarten, Postkarten, Flyer) für die Standorte und Projekte. Zur Stiftung gehört das Berlin Museum mit seinen Häusern Nikolaikirche, Knoblauchhaus, Ephraim-Palais und das Museumsdorf Düppel. Hier zeigt das Berlin Museum Ausstellungen zur Berliner Geschichte von den Anfängen bis heute. Ein weiterer Standort ist die Ausstellung BERLIN GLOBAL im Humboldt Forum. Diese werden in unterschiedlichen Produkten vermittelt und präsentiert. Ende Juli 2026 wurde das Rebranding der Stiftung abgeschlossen inklusive neuem Design und Namen der Publikumsmarke (Berlin Museum).
