Description

Der StadtBetrieb Bornheim als Betriebsführer des Hallenfreizeitbades der Stadt Bornheim vergibt Wasserzeiten im kommunalen Hallenbad zur Durchführung von Schwimmkursen. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die befristete Einräumung von Nutzungsrechten an Wasserflächen zur eigenverantwortlichen Durchführung von Schwimmkursen durch fachlich geeignete Anbieter. Die Vergabe erfolgt für den Zeitraum vom 01.09.2026 bis zum 31.12.2029. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die Laufzeit einmalig um bis zu drei Jahre, längstens bis zum 31.12.2032, zu verlängern. Ein Anspruch auf Verlängerung besteht nicht. Ziel des Verfahrens ist die transparente, diskriminierungsfreie und sachgerechte Verteilung der verfügbaren Wasserzeiten unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der örtlichen Bedarfe, der Förderung des Schwimmlernens, der Qualität der Kursangebote und eines verlässlichen Badebetriebs. Die Grundsätze von Transparenz, Gleichbehandlung und objektiver Auswahl sind bei der Vergabe zu beachten.
