Die HafenCity Hamburg GmbH plant die Realisierung eines Bürogebäudes in Holzskelettbauweise am Standort "Am Dalmannkai" als Null Emissionsbürogebäude mit einer Bruttogrundfläche von insgesamt ca. 8.600 m². Das Null-Emissionsbürogebäude soll in der Gesamtbilanz aus Errichtung, Betrieb und Rückbau, CO2-neutral werden. Das innovative Gesamtkonzept dient als überregionales Leuchtturmprojekt, das die Machbarkeit eines klimaneutralen Bürogebäudes mit zeitgemäßem Komfort und Flexibilität nachweist und strebt die Zertifizierung des HafenCity Umweltzeichens Platin Plus an. Der Baustoff Holz wird sowohl konstruktiv als auch gestalterisch eingesetzt. Eine großflächige Fassaden- und Dachbegrünung leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Mikroklima und bietet eine hohe Qualität für den städtischen Raum. Bei der vorliegenden Ausschreibung handelt es sich um Estricharbeiten und Bodenbeschichtungsarbeiten mit folgendem groben Umfang: Estricharbeiten: - Ausgleichsschichten als schwere Schüttung: 4.570 m2 - Schwimmender Zementestrich ca. 5.365 m2 - Schwimmender Zementestrich als Heizestrich: ca. 800 m2 - Verbundestrich ca. 20 m2 Bodenbeschichtungen: - Zweikomponentige Epoxidharz-Bodenbeschichtung als staubbindender Anstrich ca. 550 m2 - Zweikomponentige Epoxidharz-Bodenbeschichtung in Treppenhäusern und Vorräumen/ Eingängen ca. 465 m2 - Oberflächenschutzsystem OS8 in Fahrrad- und Müllräumen ca. 188 m2 - Oberflächenschutzsystem OS8 im Außenbereich Treppen/Rampen ca. 48 m2 VE 3060 Estrich und Bodenbeschichtung
