Summary
Machine-generated summaryTrondheim eiendom is holding an open call for tenders for the project Valentinlyst HVS - optimisation of user areas. The background is changed use and increased staffing at the health and welfare centre, prompting a feasibility study in 2025 covering staff areas for all units located at the centre. The need identified is more changing room space and additional meeting and office facilities. The refurbishment works involve establishing several larger changing rooms in the basement, smaller remodelling of existing offices and meeting rooms to meet current needs, and upgrading the medicine room to current requirements. The area covered is approximately 900 m2. The project is carried out under NS 8405.
