Description

Das Unterwerk (UW) Riet wurde anfangs der 1970er-Jahre in Betrieb genommen. Die Freiluftschaltanlage ist sanierungsbedürftig. Ersatzteile für die hydraulisch angetriebenen Trenner und Schalter sind nur noch wenige verfügbar. Die Sekundärtechnik und die Nebenanlagen des UW Riet wurden zwischenzeitlich erneuert, haben aber bereits wieder das Ende ihrer technischen Lebensdauer erreicht und müssen erneuert werden. In diesem Bereich besteht zudem ein hoher Verflechtungsgrad mit den Anlagen des vormaligen Betreibers Axpo. Axpo hat den 220/50-kV-Netzanschluss «Transformer 21» auf den 31.05.2022 gekündigt und wird die 50-kV Freiluftschaltanlage so weit wie möglich und nötig zurückbauen. Trotz dieser Kündigung bleibt das UW Riet ein Anschlusspunkt des Axpo-Verteilnetzes in der Region Winterthur. Zudem verbindet es den Swissgrid Netzknoten Breite mit dem UW Schlattingen. Um den sicheren Betrieb der Anlage aufrechtzuerhalten, müssen diverse Anlagen erneuert werden. Die Nebenanlagen sollen ausserdem mit einem Notstromdiesel ergänzt werden, der eine Autonomiezeit von 72 Stunden sicherstellt. Dieser Notstromdieselgenerator wird von Axpo betrieben. Swissgrid ersetzt deshalb die Pri mär- und Sekundärtechnik und baut ein eigenes Unterwerksgebäude (UWG), um eine weitestgehende Entflechtung von den Axpo-Anlagen zu erreichen. Folgende Auflagen müssen während den Bauarbeiten zwingend eingehalten werden: · Arbeiten innerhalb eines in Betrieb stehenden Unterwerkes (bis 220 kV), · Arbeiten in der Nähe von Gleisanlagen. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung beinhaltet die Arbeiten, welche im Zusammenhang mit dem Rückbau und Neubau der Freiluftschaltanlage und deren Kabelrohrblöcken und -schächten stehen. Das bereits ausgeführte Unterwerksgebäude ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Grob sind die folgenden Arbeiten auszuführen: · Vorbereitungsarbeiten (Baustelleneinrichtung, Provisorien, Demontagen, Rückbauten, Entsorgung, etc.) · Terraingestaltung (Erdbewegungen, etc.) · Roh- und Ausbauarbeiten (Baumeisterarbeiten (Fundamente, Kanalisation, Erweiterung und Anpassung Gleispiste), Randabschlüsse, Belagsarbeiten, etc.) · Elektroanlagen (Anlagenbeleuchtung, Erdungen, etc.) · Erschliessungen durch Leitungen (Kabelrohrblöcke und -schächte, etc.) · Abnahme (FAT, SAT und IBN).
