Art der Leistung Die Gemeinde Bönen schreibt hiermit die Baumaßnahme "Umverlegung MW-Kanal" im Bahnhofsvorfeld aus. Die Arbeiten umfassen die Neuverlegung von zwei Kanalhaltungen M3 und M4 in offener Bauweise. Umfang der Leistung Die Ausschreibung umfasst den Kanalbau über den o.g. Teilabschnitt. Hierbei wird der vorhandene gebundene Oberbau im Bereich des Kanalgrabens aufgenommen und abgefahren. Die vorhandenen ungebundenen Oberbaumaterialien werden aufgenommen und für den Wiedereinbau seitlich gelagert. Im Zuge der Kanalbauarbeiten werden zwei Kanalhaltungen, einschl. Schachtbauwerke, neu erstellt und an den Bestand angebunden. Die Bestandshaltung 1272 wird im Bereich des Schachtes M4 mit einem Muffenstopfen verdeckelt. Die Haltung bleibt zunächst weiter in Betrieb und wird nicht verdämmt. Außerdem werden ein kreuzender Hausanschlussleitung sowie ein vorhandener Straßenablauf neu an den Kanal umgebunden. Bei der Rückverfüllung des Rohrgrabens wird das seitlich gelagerte Oberbaumaterial oberhalb des Füllbodens wieder eingebaut. Zudem erfolgt ein Profilausgleich mit zusätzlich gelieferten Frostschutzschichtmaterial. Der Asphaltoberbau wird mit einer Asphalttragdeckschicht in 10 cm Stärke wiederhergestellt. Zudem erfolgt in der Zufahrt zum Stellplatz vor Hs-Nr. 123 der Umbau der vorhandenen Bordanlage. Hier sind die Borde, einschl. RInnenanlage, aufzunehmen und zur Verbesserung der Zufahrt auf den vorhandenen Stellplatz in Abstimmung mit dem AG neu zu setzen.
