Works for the energy refurbishment of the Moeser youth club, converted into a community house, covering lot 5 on thermal insulation and scaffolding. The scope includes protecting about 32.5 m2 of building elements, temporary pressure-water facade cleaning of 250.69 m2, erection of length-oriented scaffolding over 376.40 m2 with widened scaffold platforms, primer on absorbent substrates and levelling of uneven areas with plaster mortar. The works include a bonded external thermal insulation composite system of 140 mm EPS over 250.69 m2 up to 6 m height, 1500 mechanical fixings with approved insulation anchors, 69 m of base connection profiles, XPS perimeter insulation, window sill sealing and XPS window sills, finished with silicone resin scratch plaster and rough silicone resin paint on facades and reveals.
