- Erstellung von Ausführungsplänen und Änderung der Bestandsdokumentation - Erstellung eines Bauzeitenplans und Bauablaufplans - Beschaffung und Lieferung von 20 Stück Linearwegmesssystemen flexibel inkl. passende Ringmagnete und zugehöriger Druckrohre (je 2 Stück davon als Ersatzteile) - Beschaffung und Lieferung von 8 Stück Dichtungssätzen für die Torzylinder (Kolben- und Stangendichtung, 2 Stück als Ersatzteile) - Beschaffung und Lieferung von 8 Stück Dichtungssätzen für die ULV-Zylinder (Kolben- und Stangendichtung, 2 Stück als Ersatzteile) - Beschaffung von 2 Stück Kolbenstangen für die Torzylinder als Ersatzteile - Beschaffung von 2 Stück Kolbenstangen für die ULV-Zylinder als Ersatzteile - Erneuerung der gesamten verbauten Ventile inkl. der Dichtungen an allen Zylindern - Überholung, Reinigung und Eloxierung der verbauten Ventilblöcke an allen Zylindern inkl. der evtl. dafür notwendigen Demontage und Remontage - Überholung aller Kolbenstangen (12 Stück). Das umfasst unter anderem das Abschleifen, Entchromen und Neuverchromen der Kolbenstangen inkl. aller dafür notwendigen Arbeiten. Auch das Aufschweißen beschädigter Stellen gehört zum Auftragsumfang. - Anpassungen an den Kolbenstangen der Torzylinder vornehmen (u. a. Kernloch vergrößern und verlängern), um die neuen WMS inkl. Magnete und Druckrohre aufnehmen zu können. - Überholung der Führungen, der Kolben und von Einbauteilen. Das beinhaltet das Abschleifen und Polieren von Verschleißspuren. Bei Bedarf müssen auch Teile erneuert werden. - Konstruktion und Anfertigung von Aufnahmen für die Druckrohre und WMS-Köpfe, der neuen WMS an den Torzylinderböden. Dabei sollen die WMS zukünftig ölfrei gewechselt werden können. Aber auch die Druckrohre sollen wechselbar sein (nicht ölfrei) - Konstruktion und Anfertigung von Abdeckhauben in IP68 für die Torzylinder inkl. Anpassungsarbeiten an den Zylinderböden, die zur Montage der neuen Hauben notwendig werden. - Anpassungen an den Torzylinderböden vornehmen, um zum einen die Druckrohre öldicht aufzunehmen, zum anderen die Aufnahmen der Rohre und WMS-Köpfe anbauen zu können und als letztes auch die neuen Abdeckhauben wieder aufnehmen zu können. - Demontage der Hydraulikzylinder inkl. Entsorgung des alten Hydrauliköls. - Befundung der Hydraulikzylinder inkl. Erstellung und Übergabe von Befundungsberichten mit Fotodokumentation an den AG. - Umrüstung der Stemmtorzylinder auf die neuen WMS inkl. Ringmagnete und Druckrohre - Austausch der Stangen- und Kolbendichtungen an allen Zylindern - Schadhafte Teile der Beschichtungen bzw. Korrosionsstellen an den Zylindern und Anbauteilen örtlich ausbessern. - Erneuerung aller, bei der Überholung, geöffneter Schrauben an allen Zylindern - Komplette Remontage der nun überholten Zylinder, das umfasst unter anderem den Wiedereinbau der Dichtungen, Führungen Kolbenstangen, Kolben, der Ventilblöcke inkl. Ventile, der neuen WMS inkl. dem gesamten Zubehör, der alten WMS bei den ULV-Zylindern, der Abdeckhauben etc. - Befüllen der Zylinder mit neuem Hydrauliköl - Durchführen von Druck- und Funktionsprüfungen an den Zylindern und der neuen WMS der Torzylinder inkl. Übergabe von detaillierten Protokollen - Fachgerechte Entsorgung der Altteile und des alten Hydrauliköls. - Transport und Rücktransport von 3 x 4 Hydraulikzylindern (inkl. Zubehör) per Spedition vom AG zu AN - Transport und Rücktransport der vom AG zur Verfügung gestellten Hydraulikantriebe inkl. Steuerungseinheit per Spedition vom AG zum AN. - Transport der, am Ende zu übergebenden, Ersatzteile per Spedition vom AN zum AG
