Conversion of the Adenstedt village community hall - structural works

Structural works are procured to convert an existing building in Adenstedt, erected in 1992 and previously approved and used as an event hall, pub and bowling alley with five approved residential uses on the upper floor, into a village community hall. The scope includes energy upgrading with a 20 cm thick external wall insulation system and a new heating system, replacement of windows and doors with new lightweight-metal exterior doors, facade design with set-back insulated elements, adjustments to parapets and window openings, a new canopy replacing the narrow entrance vestibule, a ramp for barrier-free access, a new terrace, a separate entrance to the bowling alley, and conversion of the former pub room into a reception area and of the kitchen into a buffet room with adjoining storage.
