Le projet concerne : • La mise en place d'une réserve incendie souple d'une capacité de 120 m³, accompagnée de la création d'une aire d'aspiration destinée aux services de secours, • La mise en conformité de la gestion des eaux pluviales du site, comprenant la mise en place de bordures et de caniveaux permettant la collecte des eaux de ruissellement, ainsi que leur acheminement vers un nouveau séparateur à hydrocarbures, • La mise en place de clôtures en périphérie du site, ainsi que la création d'une séparation physique entre l'emprise exploitée par VALODÉA et la déchetterie gérée par la Communauté de communes, • La démolition des abris existants destinés au stockage des déchets dangereux et leur reconstruction conformément aux besoins du site et aux prescriptions applicables. Le marché porte sur un LOT UNIQUE - Voirie et réseaux, dont les prestations générales principales sont définies ci-après et détaillées au CCTP : Postes généraux, Préparation initiale, Chaussée, Bordurage, Maçonnerie, Serrurerie, Signalisation, Réseau d'assainissement pluvial, Réseau d'incendie. Les marchés comprennent tous les travaux, toutes les études, toutes les fournitures avec transports à pied d'oeuvre nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux dans les conditions définies par le présent DCE.
