Les lots 01,05,07,10,11 et 12 font l'objet d'un accord-cadre déjà lancé. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Sont exclus de l'objet du présent accord-cadre : - Les travaux programmés de rénovation totale ou partielle d'un ou plusieurs bâtiments ou équipements communaux que le maitre d'ouvrage définie en unité fonctionnelle. Dans ces cas, l'acheteur passera une procédure séparée dans le respect des dispositions du code de la commande publique sans que les titulaires des présents marchés ne puissent se prévaloir d'un quelconque préjudice Métallerie - Serrurerie <br/>
