Il s'agit d'un marché public de travaux ordinaire non alloti, qui consiste en la réhabilitation des dispensaires de MAFATE. Le présent marché public a pour objet de définir et de faire assurer par le titulaire, pour le compte du CHU la prestation suivante : TRAVAUX DE REHABILITATION DES DISPENSAIRES DE MAFATE POUR LES BESOINS DU SITE NORD DU CHU DE LA REUNION. Les travaux objet du présent marché comprennent les prestations tout corps d'état ci-après : - Des prestations d'électricité - Des prestations de plomberie - Des prestations de génie civil. Délais d'exécution : Période de préparation : 2 semaines Période de travaux : 4 semaines Les prestations seront réalisées en site occupé. Le titulaire devra par conséquent respecter le fonctionnement du site, les règles de sécurité et perturber a minima l'activité du CHU. En effet, la continuité de service aux patients et la sécurité des soins doivent être assurées
