Le marché a pour objet les travaux de mise en sécurité, de remise en conformité structurelle et de pérennisation des tribunes métalliques démontables support des gradins implantées dans les arènes de Nîmes. L'objectif des travaux est : o De rétablir des conditions d'exploitation conformes pour un ERP, o De lever les avis défavorables du bureau de contrôle, o De rétablir les conditions de validité des justifications structurelles existantes Dans le cadre de cette consultation, la ville de Nîmes agit en tant que pouvoir adjudicateur. Les prestations ne sont pas réparties en lots séparés pour le(s) motif(s) suivant(s) : La dévolution en lots séparés risque de rendre techniquement difficile l'exécution des prestations. En effet la méthodologie de reprise des appuis des tribunes nécessite une coordination fine des prestations de gros oeuvre et de métallerie, l'intervention est simultanée, on étaie pour soulager l'appui, on retire le pied, on coule la galette en béton et on repose le pied de la tribune sur la galette ainsi créée. En termes de qualité et de fiabilité de l'appui et de responsabilité de l'exécution des travaux, il convient que l'entièreté des travaux soient réalisés par une seule et même entreprise. Les prestations seront rémunérées par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire.
