La présente consultation concerne la réalisation d'une mission de suivi animation d'une Opération Programmée d'Amélioration de l'Habitat (OPAH-CD) Copropriétés LE BIGORRE et LE PARC DES SPORTS - QUARTIER PISSEVIN à NIMES. L'opérateur aura en charge d'assurer, auprès des syndicats de copropriétaires en lien avec le(s) syndic(s), les partenaires (publics, privés...), les copropriétaires et les locataires, les missions détaillées au CCTP selon deux volets d'intervention :- VOLET ANIMATION GENERALE du dispositif - VOLET ACCOMPAGNEMENT de la copropriété. Le périmètre d'intervention de l'OPAH-CD concerne les copropriétés suivantes : o La copropriété « Le Bigorre », située 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20-22-24 Promenade Cervantès, quartier PISSEVIN à Nîmes, immatriculée AB1-011-709 au RNIC et cadastrée EO 24, EO 121 et EO 123 ; o La copropriété « Le Parc des Sports », située 1-3-5-7-9-11 Place Goethe, quartier PISSEVIN à Nîmes, immatriculée AB3-056-561 au RNIC et cadastrée 000-EK 01 n°265.
