Le projet consiste en la construction du nouveau poste électrique Vaucens, situé sur la parcelle n° 3311 de la commune de Bulle, propriété de Gruyère Energie SA, à environ 250 m du poste électrique Etang existant. À terme, le nouveau poste remplacera intégralement le poste Etang. Le nouveau bâtiment sera destiné à accueillir notamment des installations haute et moyenne tension, comprenant un appareillage 72,5 kV exploité à 60 kV, un appareillage 24 kV exploité à 18 kV, deux transformateurs de puissance 64,2/21,5-18,7 kV de 31,5 MVA ainsi qu'une niche de réserve pour un troisième transformateur. Le bâtiment intégrera également les locaux et installations nécessaires aux services auxiliaires et au contrôle-commande du poste. Le présent marché concerne les travaux de construction bois nécessaires à la réalisation du nouveau poste électrique Vaucens. Les prestations comprennent notamment la fourniture, la fabrication, le transport et le montage des éléments de construction en bois constituant le bâtiment, en particulier les structures porteuses, parois, façades, planchers et éléments de toiture prévus en bois, ainsi que les travaux connexes nécessaires à leur réalisation, conformément aux plans, prescriptions techniques et documents de l'appel d'offres. Les prestations comprennent également les assemblages, fixations, ancrages et raccordements nécessaires aux autres éléments de construction, ainsi que toutes les mesures de protection du bois requises en fonction de son utilisation et de son exposition.
