Le présent marché vise à la conclusion d'un marché de travaux de CONSTRUCTION, REHABILITATION et VRD pour L'AMENAGEMENT DU STADE LEO LAGRANGE _ PHASE 2 _ TRIBUNES, VESTAIRES et CLUB HOUSE à Fourmies. Les délais d'exécution des travaux sont fixés à l'acte d'engagement et ne peuvent en aucun cas être modifiés. La durée du marché est de 18 mois comprenant la période de préparation (1 mois), congés payés et hors intempéries à compter de la date d'émission de l'ordre de service de préparation de chantier. L'opération globale Travaux d'aménagement du Stade Léo Lagrange - Phase 2 (Tribunes, vestiaires et Club House) comprend plusieurs lots. LOT 1 : DESAMIANTAGE LOT 2 : GROS OEUVRE ETENDU 2.A Démolition, terrassement, maçonnerie et rénovation des bétons 2.B Couverture / Etanchéité (Isolation) 2.C Façade, Bardage, murs rideau et peinture (Isolation) 2.D Menuiseries extérieures (hors polycarbonate) 2.E Menuiseries intérieures, cloisons, doublage et Faux-plafonds 2.F Carrelage, Faïence 2.G Serrurerie (GC, MC, Clôture, Portail, Siege Tribunes, Signalétique) 2.H Peinture intérieure LOT 3 : ASCENSEUR LOT 4 : ÉLECTRICITE LOT 5 : CVC, PLOMBERIE, SANITAIRE LOT 6 : VRD / AMENAGEMENTS / MOBILIERS (hors consultation) Pour information, le LOT 6 a été lancé par anticipation en février 2026.
