Transparency Notice - Riesa Town Hall - Fire Protection Upgrade, Lot 3.09 Drywall

The City Administration of Riesa (Stadtbauamt, procurement office) is tendering drywall works, Lot 3.09, as part of fire protection upgrades at the Town Hall, Rathausplatz 1, 01589 Riesa, Germany. The works include about 100 m2 of partition walls with gypsum boards, including fire-rated door openings and glazing, around 65 m2 of shaft encasements, 75 m2 of suspended fire protection ceilings, 30 m2 of sloped ceiling cladding, 165 m2 of grid ceilings, 45 m of alignment work, repairs to existing ceilings and about 10 inspection hatches. The procedure is a restricted tender without participation competition under VOB/A. The circle of participants is already fixed, so applications are no longer possible. Execution is planned from 16.09.2026 to 15.03.2027.
