Turnkey construction services for building a kindergarten

01

The municipality of Herscheid intends to build a kindergarten with two groups in the Hüinghausen district, on the site of a former school that will first be demolished. The procurement covers a turnkey contract: the contractor must provide all planning and expert report services and construct the completed daycare building including access roads, parking spaces and outdoor facilities, plus the required outdoor play areas. The contract is to be awarded to a general contractor (total contractor) responsible for the entire project from design through to the finished, ready-for-use facility in Herscheid.
