Civil and structural works for fire protection upgrade of the Neustadt waste incineration plant

This tender covers civil and structural construction works to upgrade fire protection at the waste incineration plant (Muellheizkraftwerk) in Neustadt in Holstein. The extinguishing system in the waste bunker and in the transformer installations will be renewed. In connection with this, the following structures are to be newly built: a fire water centre with foam admixture, a fire water tank with pump house, and a storage room for gas for the inerting system serving the transformer room and the medium voltage room. The works combine civil engineering and shell construction as one contract.
