Description
This project and model of support will be delivered through the support provider and will build on the services existing strengths, networks and relationships to develop and deliver a person-centred, flexible and outcomes driven service.
The project will provide a flexible and varied support provision for 24/7 Supported Temporary accommodation to vulnerable single women who are homeless: Single Vulnerable Women 18+, have co occurring needs (including as mental health issues, alcohol and/or substance misuse issues, offending, behaviour issues etc.), have been assessed as high needs
