Telefonischen Unternehmensbefragung (CATI) zum Themenkomplex Datenschutz, Innovation und Unternehmenswachstum Datenschutz wird in der öffentlichen und wirtschaftspolitischen Diskussion teilweise einseitig als Hindernis für Unternehmenswachstum und Innovation dargestellt. Der tatsächliche Wirkzusammenhang zwischen Datenschutz, Innovation und Unternehmenswachstum ist jedoch bislang nicht hinreichend empirisch geklärt. Die Bedarfsträgerin beabsichtigt daher, eine unabhängige, unternehmensrepräsentative Befragung nach hohen methodischen Standards durchführen zu lassen. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die vollständige Durchführung einer telefonischen Unternehmensbefragung mittels Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI). Die Leistung umfasst sämtliche für die Durchführung der Befragung erforderlichen Arbeitsschritte, insbesondere die Stichprobenziehung, die Prüfung und Programmierung des Fragebogens einschließlich Screening- und Filterführung, die Durchführung eines Pretests, die Durchführung der Interviews, die Codierung offener Angaben, die Datenaufbereitung und -gewichtung, die statistische Auswertung einschließlich multivariater Regressionsanalysen sowie die Erstellung und Bereitstellung der vereinbarten Ergebnis- und Dokumentationsunterlagen.
